Richard (Rick) Titone is a retired International Consultant having extensive experience in the United States, as well as Europe and Asia. He retired from the AT&T Bell Labs in 1993, and became the Principal of the Why How Consulting Co. located in Clifton N.J. He retired to Boynton Beach, Florida in 2007 where he completed his first two novels entitled: Of Royal Blood, published in 2008 (ISBN: 978-15858-887-3) and The Vegas Dragon, published in 2010 (ISBN: 978-160844-523-3). In addition Rick has had numerous articles published in Professional and Trade Publications, and has presented papers at over a dozen International Conferences on Manufacturing. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Management from Rutgers University and has served on the faculty of both Rutgers and Bloomfield College in New Jersey.
