Poetry from the Heart is a collection of mindful, motivational and heartfelt poems written to inspire both myself as the author and, I hope other questing souls. With categories on Angels, Love, Colour, Inspiration, Universal Lessons, Spirit, Yin, Prayer and Fun, the poems hold deep meanings for me. The words flowed freely, as if from an unconscious realm where my heart and soul seemed to merge as one. Simply expressed, I hope they also touch the hearts and minds of others to make a difference, however slight that might be.
