It sounded hard but exciting. It was an adventure, but scary. Jocelyn is intelligent, beautiful, spoiled, self-centered, and rich. Mark is a minority to his own family as well as the rest of the world as a half-breed Navajo, living in the traditional Navajo hogan ten miles from the nearest treading post, which is a combination general store and post office, and forty miles from the nearest city in the middle of no where. Both have a life plan, which does not include marriage or family as they hide secrets behind their empty, lonely lives, with work as their focus.
