At the soul level, we all long for connection to one another. For me and my family that connection is most powerful, most often when we reminisce about the stories we remember from years past. It is said that laughter is therapeutic. One of the main purposes of this book is to provide the reader with some laugh out loud therapy. Another all too evident truth in today's world is that life is difficult and challenging for everyone. With the pressure and stress of daily living, we all need to be proactive about filling our minds and hearts with words that are uplifting and inspiring. Contained in this book is a collection of things that have helped me through the most difficult times. As an author this is my first attempt at providing for the reader two of the most important ingredients in my life, Humor and Hope.
