Can you be brutally honest with yourself? If you can, then I'm going to ask you a question. On a physical, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual level, what do you actually do with your will in order to forgive someone? How did you do with your answer? Take the time to ask others this question and you'll come to a shocking conclusion. The vast majority of people you ask, regardless of their belief system, culture, or ethnic origin, will not be able to answer the question. Does this disturb you? Jesus firmly declared that if we do not forgive others then--pay attention here--God will not forgive us. If we do not know how to forgive, then where does that leave us?
