Edyn leaned her head closer to Adam's. Their lips were a finger's length apart. 'I can't let you do this. I can't let the Colony hurt you, which they will if-' Adam stopped. Edyn pressed her lips against Adam's softly. She grabbed the back of Adam's neck and touched his cheek with her other hand. He kissed her back passionately. She clutched his neck slightly- 'I've gotten stronger,' she said. He seemed to have feelings for her-for a hideous, demonic creature who's been trying to kill him. She let go of him; he fell to the floor, as he tried to breathe again. There had been deaths all over Dallas, Texas, and many ill people. This had been going on for weeks, and it kept getting worse.
