The Calling is a short book written by an 86 year old maxillofacial surgeon who has been called by God to be a Christian author in his waning years. Having been a surgeon for the first 40 years of his life, then the Lord called him to be a medical device company president/CEO and Chris-tian minister/founder of a marriage ministry, but now to be a full time Christian author and lecturer. It is in fulfilling these various callings, with his wife, Lynne, that he has been given some insight to what the Lord is asking each of us to do in fulfilling the Great Commission. It is our honor and pleasure to dedicate this book to a very special great grand-son, Boadin Jay Johnson and to his parents, Paul and Chrissy Johnson, all of Minnesota.
