When one family comes home from a weekend trip to North Woods Campground, laundry isn't the only scary thing they unpack. Fifteen-year-old Rodney is very short for his age. Ready to trade in his status as the littlest guy around to the most powerful, he has been working on a growth-hormone formula in his laboratory. With parents who are both pharmaceutical scientists, Rodney knows he's getting closer and closer to a successful growth hormone. It turns out that his hormone is, indeed, very successful. Deer ticks from the camping trip manage to get contaminated with the growth formula, and the unthinkable ensues.
