When Robert Crandon was sent to the Waterline military academy, he thought he was being punished for doing terrible things. He didn't realize that it was entirely by mistake. Now stuck in a system created to deal with the most troubled youths in the country, young Robert must learn to survive and thrive among some very dangerous people. Some of them are his peers in the academy. Some of them are the very teachers who are supposed to protect him.
