Elvet Moore and his wife, Nancy, were in a quandary. Due to a disease that inhibited Nancy's ability to perform many basic household chores, they felt it might be time to move into an assisted-living facility, where all of their meals, many of their housekeeping chores, and maintenance and laundry service would be taken care of for them as they grew older. Still, they dreaded the thought of selling their lovely home and disposing of many of their belongings.
