In an effort to protect his leader, Peek-a-Boo flung himself into the air, hitting the forked-tongue one on the side of his head. The two of them fell through the trees. Peek-a-Boo looked up as he fell, and he could see Miss Tickle looking at him, her eyes wide, filled with terror. Peek-a-Boo strained his eyes, but she faded from sight as he plummeted deep into the shadows of the forest canopy. Peek-a-Boo struck a branch that set him spinning, tumbling, and bouncing off limbs as he traveled toward earth, deep into the shadows. A search party assembled for Peek-a-Boo, but the danger was imminent. The frogs of the colony had never left the tops of the trees; therefore, they were inexperienced and beginning a journey of uncertainty. Can they reach Peek-a-Boo before the creatures on the forest floor do?
