Mary Magdalene's life began as a poor child shunned by those around her because of a disfigurement. Through a series of terrible events, Mary's life deteriorates and leads her to a house of ill repute. At the same time Salina, the wife of the chief magistrate, seeks to follow the command of Jesus: she must find His lost sheep. With their lives forever transformed, Mary and Salina combine their efforts to follow the Savior. But soon they must learn that following His commands is not as easy as it may seem.
