An English version, with some omissions, of his 'Notes of the Reign of James' was incorporated in White Kennet's 'Complete History,' 1706. Several of Camden's short papers on heraldic or antiquarian subjects, which he seems to have written for a Society of Antiquaries of which he was a member (see Spelmans 'Original of the Terms,' in Gibson S Beliq. Spelmanniana, 1723, p. 69), are printed in Heorne's 'Collection of Curious Discourses,' 1771. Specimens of his power in Latin verse composition are to be seen in some small pieces printed by Smith, and in his ' Marriage of Thame and Isis' in the 'Britannia' (Oxfordshire).
