Merchandise warehoused at the port of original importation, or rewarehoused at another port under a transportation bond, can be withdrawn only upon an entry, signed by the party or firm warehousing or rewarehousing the same, or by the person duly authorized in writing upon such entry by such party or firm, in accordance with Article 50, Forms 12 and 13, Revised Regulations.
