William George Aitchison Robertson was an author and lecturer on Forensic Medicine, School of Medicine, Edinburgh. He was also an examiner in the Universities of Edinburgh and St. Andrews. He received a diploma in public health. His works include: A Text- Book of the Practice of Equine Medicine (1883), Manual of Medical Jurisprudence and Toxicology (1921), Medical Conduct and Practice (1921), Aids to Forensic Medicine and Toxicology (1922) and Aids to Public Health (1923).
