The purpose of this book is to guide the first-time homebrewer through his or her first few years of brewing, to explain the most cost-effective way to get started, the things to worry about and things to blow off, and as many secrets as I can pack into this short introduction to the wonderful world of Homebrew. We begin with the simple extract brew system equipment, then the best strategy for keeping yourself in beer year-round. Next, we take a general look at the actual brewing process. The final portion of this book goes into more advanced systems, beginning with Kegging, then All Grain, and finally a 10-gallon outdoor "keggle” system.
