Here's a lovely little story that will touch the hearts of grown-ups and kids alike. It's basically about love and looking after people, but it's also about looking after yourself. Donny is enjoying life in America. His dad is a pilot - a top gun - and his English Mamma is happy to be in such a big and beautiful country, and happy too because she's about to have a baby. Donny goes out on his new bike to have a look at his favourite birds, the eagles, but he suffers an appalling attack from the sort of man children need to know about and avoid - a paedophile. No real harm done, however, and nothing that a lot of love and a new arrival - Tina, Donny's sister - won't smooth over! But D P Mak's enjoyable fable has a useful message at its heart - a message parents should not ignore.
