It tells the story of ships and sailing, from the humble rafts of cavemen to the majestic tea clippers of the Golden Age and today's giant tankers.It is colourfully illustrated by Colin King. It is developed in consultation with Alison Kelly, who is a senior lecturer in education and an early reading specialist from Roehampton University.
