The way how knowledge is shared within an organization is essential and central not only to the success of the organization where it takes place but also among those one who share it. Knowledge cannot be shared efficiently without having the adequate competences. Furthermore middle managers as organizational members also play a key role in the process of knowledge sharing. Thus this book presents the results of a research conducted among middle managers who work at medium- and large-sized enterprises in Hungary. It reveals those components that describe middle managersa?? maturity of knowledge sharing and those competence groups and competences that these middle managers find important for knowledge sharing.
