Ivy League educated Amy Friedman is an American writer living in Ontario, Canada. She's a newspaper columnist, and life seems charmed as she writes about life on the sheep farm she shares with her lover, a famous writer; flying a Cessna through a storm; journeys through South Africa and Ireland.
