The true and factual story of how Lansing, MI publisher, Berl Schwartz and his local City Pulse arts paper used fraud, unethical practices and misrepresentations to wreck a community effort to launch a competing community owned and operated, non-profit arts and entertainment newspaper in Lansing, Michigan and their attack on an entire community, the charity leading the project and several major recording artists who were behind that effort.
