From The Preface: Why did I write this book? Because I have a lot to say. Well, not really, writing a book was my intent for quite a while. A book about trading just evolved because I thought it to be relevant, and I do have my own opinions. In June of 2011, when I retired from a 41 year teaching career, I was asked, at my retirement dinner, what was I going to do now. a??Write a booka??, I inadvertently blurted. I guess that is what many say when they retire, although that was a goal I have thought about for quite a while. A book about what? a??A book on tradinga??, I said. So, that was the beginning of my official writing career. My trading career is revealed in the following pages. Actually, I was always planning to write a book, from as far back as 1980.
