Larry's Story is based on true events about a boy born into the world just before the United States entered WWII and how he grew up in a dysfunctional home where hard work, heavy drinking, prostitution, fighting, and love alternated on any given day of the week. Yet he managed to survive this atmosphere to succeed as a Marine, husband, father, business associate, friend, and human being.
