Oficial Factor is the current ring name of Cesar Caballero (born November 25, 1977), who is a Mexican luchador enmascarado, or masked professional wrestler currently working for the Mexican professional wrestling promotion International Wrestling Revolution Group (IWRG) as a part of the Los Oficiales Elite group alongside Oficial Rayan and Oficial Spartan.
