High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles! Eugenio Berrios Sagredo (November 14, 1947 - 1992) was a Chilean biochemist who worked for the DINA intelligence agency. Berrios was charged with carrying out Proyecto Andrea in which Pinochet ordered the production of sarin gas, a chemical weapon used by the DINA.
