The University of Arkansas Razorbacks baseball team, sometimes referred to as the Diamond Hogs, is a member of the National Collegiate Athletic Association and the Southeastern Conference (SEC), and is currently coached by Dave van Horn. The program started in 1923, and will enter its 89th season of play in 2011. The University of Arkansas' is one of only three teams in the SEC to turn a profit from its baseball program in recent years, along with SEC Western division rivals Mississippi State and Ole Miss.
