Contestants compete against each other to become the next British and Irish top model. They are judged by model Elle Macpherson (previously Lisa Butcher and Lisa Snowdon) and her panel of judges, and win a modeling contract with Models 1, a cover and/or spread in a magazine, and a cosmetics campaign. The series first aired in 2005 and as of 2011, there have been seven "cycles" that have aired, with an eighth currently airing.
