It airs every Monday to Thursday at 10:30 PM (IST). It also airs on Sony Entertainment Television Asia in Singapore from Monday to Thursday at 1:00 AM, in Africa, UK and USA from Monday to Thursday at 10:30 PM and in Australia from Tuesday to Friday at 9:30 PM. Its story is based on the Hindi novel "Patrani" (English: Chief Queen), by Imtiaz Patel and is the story of two unmarried strangers. The show has been produced by Indian Television and Film Producer and the joint managing Director of Balaji Telefilms, Ekta Kapoor.
