He is the founder of IPM – Interdiziplinares Projektmanagement (Interdivisionary Project Management), which was established in 1982 and acts as a think tank and project management organisation, as well as the co-founder and owner of Dolphin Space. Diez developped models for securing employment, which are widely used nowadays. He was the director of the Designlabor Bremerhaven, and developped his own musical, motion filming and photographic style als well as programs for therapy and professional sports.
