Tewari (born in Kanpur, India) is a board certified American urologist, oncologist, and clinical researcher at Weill Cornell Medical College of Cornell University in New York City where he directs the Institute of Prostate Cancer and Robotic Surgery.Tewari holds the Ronald P. Lynch endowed Chair of Urologic Oncology and is the hospital's Director of Robotic Prostatectomy, treating patients with prostate, urinary bladder and other urological cancers.
