The games were originally developed by Kojima Productions, while the ports were published by Konami and developed by Bluepoint Games, Genki, and Armature Studio. The MSX versions of Metal Gear and Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake, ported by Aspect Co., are also included on the disc. However, the Japanese package of the console editions replaces Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker with a product code to download the original Metal Gear Solid.
