Waiting For The ‘32 is a book that I’ve been writing for over fifty years but I didn’t know it. I decided to write it as a nonlinear narrative. Vignettes and snapshots of memorable times in my life came easier to me. It’s in part about growing up in South Philly in the 50’s with school dances, and double features and first loves. A funny and sometimes serious look at growing up in South Philadelphia in the Fifties, through the Seventies in the Radio and Record business and to the problems of present day. Described as incredibly heartwarming, funny, educational, irreverent, outrageous, outrageously funny, sentimental, loving, caring, heartfelt, sacrilegious, rambunctious, bombastic, warm, fuzzy, proud, opinionated, likeable, and, above it all...REAL. I began reading "Waiting for the '32", OUT LOUD, hours ago. Totally 'out-of-control' laughing (also OUT LOUD) happened frequently
