The album is due for release in December 2012, through Takeover Entertainment and Universal Island Records. The album will reportedly be Tinchy's last album, as he intends to focus on his business career instead of music. The album was recorded as part of the contract which he signed after joining Universal Island Records in 2008, which requires him to release at least three albums with the label. It is highly likely that Tinchy will not be renewing his recording contract with Universal Island Records, and will instead join his own Takeover Roc Nation label, which is co-owned by himself and Shawn "Jay-Z" Carter, and is a subsidiary of Live Nation.
