The Penn–Princeton basketball rivalry is a college basketball rivalry between Princeton University and the University of Pennsylvania and their respective men's basketball teams, Princeton Tigers and Penn Quakers. Having been contested every year since 1903, it is the third oldest consecutively played rivalry in National Collegiate Athletic Association Division I history.
