The 2008 Oneonta Red Dragons Women's Soccer team will represent the State University of New York at Oneonta in its 24th season in the State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC). The Red Dragons play in the city of Oneonta, New York and play their home matches at the Red Dragon soccer field. The Red Dragons competed against all ten conference opponents, including Morrisville State who played as a provisional member in 2008, and after SUNYIT had left the SUNYAC the previous offseason. In 2008, the Red Dragons played non-conference games against Johns Hopkins, Roanoke, Misericordia as well as their yearly games against William Smith, Ithaca, Hamilton, and crosstown rival Hartwick College. The Red Dragons also hosted Skidmore College and Wilmington College in the annual Mayor's Cup Tournament in Oneonta.
