Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council (Irish: Comhairle Contae Dhun Laoghaire-Rath an Duin) is the local authority for the county of Dun Laoghaire–Rathdown in Ireland. It is one of three local authorities that comprised the former Dublin County Council before its abolition and one of four councils in the Dublin Region. It serves a population of approximately 192,000. The county seat is Dun Laoghaire. Major population centres include Blackrock, Dundrum, Stillorgan, Ballybrack, Killiney and Dalkey. Twenty eight members serve on the council, whose executive management is led by a County Manager, currently Owen Keegan.
