Master of Mosquiton '99, based on Akahori Satoru and Hiroshi Negishi's popular OVA series, Master of Mosquiton, is a Japanese vampire animation about a girl named Hitomebore Inaho whose grandmother was in love with a vampire. Inaho appears to be a vampire expert and is obsessed with money. She meets a vampire at an all-girls Catholic high school. The series takes place in 1999, whereas the original OVA series takes place in the 1920s. The location and story have changed as well. The beginning of every episode starts off with the theme song "The Power of Love" and "Good Vibration" sang by Cyber Nation Network and each episode ends with the song Chizu ni nai Mirai wo, sang by Yuka Imai.
