It is one of the three commercial brands of the public society owned by the Basque Government, Eusko Trenbideak - Ferrocarriles Vascos. Its metric gauge rail tracks were used for the FEVE railway operations until they were transferred to the Basque Government, who used them for the EuskoTren services. EuskoTren operates train and bus services, while EuskoTran operates tram services and EuskoKargo manages cargo services.
