Matthias Lange explores in this doctoral thesis the benefits of Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) by developing a model for the realization of EAM benefits that is validated in an international cross-sectional survey. Matthias researched Enterprise Architectures, Business Transformations, and IT enablement during his doctoral studies at the Institute of Information Systems at the Humboldt-Universitat Berlin and as a visiting scholar at the Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA. Prior to his doctoral studies, he worked for a large top-management consultancy and received a Bachelor and a Master of Science in management information systems from the University of Muenster.
