This romantic thriller, set in modern times, follows on from the adventure described in River God. Duraid and Royan Al Simma find the set of papyrus scrolls written by Taita, a slave to a queen of Ancient Egypt, on which he recorded the whereabouts of the tomb of Pharaoh Mamose. But before the Egyptologists can mount an expedition to search for the tomb, Duraid is murdered. Recommended for older readers.
