The Workers Beer Company (WBC) is a trading name of BWTUC (Trading) Ltd and is a British-Irish organisation which runs temporary bars at events and festivals in Europe. It was set up by and is owned by the Battersea and Wandsworth Trades Union Council. The bars are run by volunteers and raise money for trade unions, charities and left-wing campaign groups. The most notable events supported by the WBC include Glastonbury Festival, Reading and Leeds Festivals, Latitude Festival, Tolpuddle Festival, Guilfest, Homelands, Festival Internacional de Benicassim and Womad, as well as smaller concerts and meetings. In Ireland, WBC provides (among other posts) Information Stewards at the Oxegen festival.
