He is 6 ft 4 and shoots right-handed. Carlon began his career playing for his local team, the Telford Wild Foxes of the EngL. In his first season, Carlon managed to play 24 games and total 11 points, which was an impressive amount for a young teenager aged 14. Carlon Captained the GB U18 side.
