This is the title of the PRIN research which is being developed at DARTEnvironmental Red TerritoryDepartment and from the faculty of Architecture in Pescara; PROCAM Department of Environment Planning and Construction also from the faculty of Architecture in Ascoli Piceno and DCA Department of Construction of Architecture of IUAV in Venice. The main focus of the research is to answer: how Public Works could becomemorphogeneticcondensers for new territories in the Adriatic city.
