This is a select overview of Paul Pfeiffers work over the last decade, including his most recently produced projects as well as his fundamental work which explores new technologies in a creative process that unfolds in diverse media of video, installation, sculpture and photography. For his most widely recognized work, the artist digitally alters old film footage or TV sports events to erase the main characters of the scenes, dissecting the role played by the mass media in the contemporary cult of celebrity.
