Since 1993, the Brazilian Maurcio Dias and the Swiss Walter Riedweg have jointly developed a work that probes the relationship between ethics and aesthetics through precise interventions in specific individual and group situations that focusing especially on issues associated with identity and the tension between group and individual mechanisms. Their work methods range from scientific documentation to more complex video and video-installation dramatizations. This catalogue contains a complete overview of their oeuvres and additional information about Voracidad mxima, their joint project for the MACBA exhibition in Barcelona. It includes a DVD with a video short from that project.
