This project originates on the reflection about the importance to build a house according to the needs of the people. But it was necessary to turn ideas into facts. However, this decisive step could only be taken in keeping with the synergy of the four decisive agents of the world of construction: construction companies, developers, materials manufacturers and architects. The people involved in the project are: UN studio + Technal: the perfectible window; Toyo Ito: the moving partition; Clotet-Paricio + Simon-Cimabox: the removable floor; Dominique Perrault + Fagor: the modular kitchen; David Chipperfield + Ideal Standard: the bathroom fittings.
