Projects realized by students of the Ctedral Cermica, (Ceramic Subject), at the International University of Catalonia, of which confirm once again the the evolucition occuring in the ceramics sector. A large variety of proposals all of an indisputable quality, close a course that entusiasm reigned over thestudent-body. The giants of ceramics focus on works that cross the limits of their material, but at the same time function as a starting point for new lines of investigation and development; from the single-family house " La Ricarda" by Antonio Bonet Castellana, to the roof of the market of Santa Caterina by EMBT, from the Aich pavelion by Alejandro Zaera, to the Palace of Congress in Zaragoza by Nieto Sobejano, and the "villa Nurbs" by Eric Ruiz-Geli,... a lecture that follows makes a path to findsimilarities, in those architecturescircain time and place that give clear testimony to the grand adaptation and evolution of their material in todays architecture.
