He became a lawyer in Illinois, and later as a congressman for the state. Lincoln did not believe in slavery of the African-Americans and argued for their rights and freedom. Little did he know that fate was planning out a great future for him. This book tells the story of a young boy who turned out to become one of the most effective leaders in American history.
