For the third year in succession, Claeys & Casteels has published the EU Energy Law & Policy Yearbook. The 2012 edition covers all recent developments in EU energy policy in the framework of the agenda of the present Commission. It also expresses the viewpoints of all relevant actors in the energy law and policy field. The Yearbook is based on the contributions and debates at the Seventh Annual EU Energy Law & Policy Conference 2012 (January 31 in Brussels) and covers the whole range of EU energy law and policy. It is published in collaboration with the Florence School of Regulation at the European University Institute.
