Anthony John "Tony" Lacey (born 18 March 1944) is a former English footballer. Lacey played for Leek C.S.O.B., St. Luke's College (in Exeter) and Stoke City before joining Port Vale on loan in February 1970. He was an ever-present for the rest of the season and was signed permanently in April 1970 for ?2,500. At the age of 31, having passed his peak, he was handed a free transfer in May 1975 and moved on to Rochdale, then Stafford Rangers.
